Dominic Thomas is a United States and English based sports portrait photographer as well as social media creator. He has, over the course of three years at the Arts University of Plymouth, been developing and honing his skills not only as a landscape photographer but also a sports photographer. He has been able to combine both of what he has been specialising in to create his own unique set of portfolio images.
On the side however, he has been working for sports teams across separate Universities such as the Marjon sports university, and has been able to develop a portfolio based off of them. He also is able to advertise and promote himself through social media websites such as Instagram and Tiktok by posting his work on there as well.
With his most recent work, he has been able to create a set series of images that are able to promote the athletes that have been putting in the hard work in a professional, yet with an uncanny and unsettling manner. Dominic Thomas is always up for the challenge when taking part in projects and is always looking for something to learn or further develop.
With having friendly social skills as well as being easy going, this does help him obtain good and easy relationships with his clients and builds trust between him and them. He makes easy conversation and makes sure that whoever is shooting with him, whether it be an assistant or the one being shot, is as comfortable as possibly can be.
